We may share your information with Crowd Seats merchants or other entities on occasion, we may provide you offers or deals from certain merchants ('Crowd Seats Merchants') who, as part of an offer or deal, may request certain information about Crowd Seats customers who purchased the offer or deal or voucher in order to aid in redemption. In certain cases, we may share some of your Identifiable Information with these merchants. When we share this information, it may allow merchant to advertise and market directly to you if they choose to do so. We will however, only share this Personally Identifiable Information with a merchant if you engage in a particular Identification Activity when and only if the merchant is directly involved in that particular Identification Activity, such as you bought a Voucher for that merchant's offer or deal. The merchant may need to know the Voucher number in order to redeem the Voucher and the Voucher Number is associated with your name. We specifically disclaim any and all responsibility and /or liability for any of the actions taken or made on behalf any and all such merchants.

Your information could be acquired in a Business Sale or Transfer of Assets. Our business could be acquired, sold in part or total with another company or organization. In this event, the other company could acquire our information which would include the Personally Identifiable Information. The Personally Identifiable information would still be subject to our Privacy Policy.

We collect two (2) types of information about our Website Users - Personal and Non Personal Identifiable information

If you decide to use our Buy as a Gift Feature, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend this one time notification email inviting them to visit the site or inform them about the gift you purchased for them. Crowd Seats stores this information for the sole purpose of tracking the one-time email, tracking their gift and tracking the success of our referral program. Should you wish to remove this information from our database, simply contact us and we will delete it. Crowd Seats does not and will not knowingly sell products for purchase by children although we do on occasion, offer some children's services or products for purchase to adults.

Public Areas

We may provide areas on our website where You may publicly post information, text and images about yourself and be able to communicate with others on electronic bulletin boards or blogs where you can read and post review of restaurants, products, services and submit content. This information is generally accessibly to other users and companies and may appear in web searches on other websites enabling this information to be read, collected and used by others. Facebook Connection

The Crowd Seats site integrates with Facebook Connect to allow interaction with friends and to share information and data on Facebook through Wall and Friends News Feeds. If you are logged into Crowd Seats and Facebook, when you tap on the Facebook logo, your profiles will merge when and if the email addresses match exactly. Should the email addresses not match, we will ask you if you want them to merge and then you must enter your Crowd Seats password to authenticate that they control your account. Should you be signed into Crowd Seats but not signed into Facebook, when you click on the Facebook logo, you will be prompted to enter your Facebook credentials or to "Sign up for Facebook." Should you decide to proceed, you are granting Crowd Seats.com to access your Facebook information and you conversely agreeing to the Facebook Terms of Use when you use Crowd Seats sites. Once you are registered with both sites and connected with both sites, you will automatically be able to post your recent activity back to Facebook. You do have the option to disable the Facebook Connect by signing into "My Profile" and tapping "Facebook Profile." You may also visit Facebook Application settings and disconnect this and other services and change your security settings when you wish.
